- Swedish - Relaxing, soothing massage. Can be light or deep pressure.
- Deep Tissue - Not as relaxing, more focused work in painful or trouble areas of the body.
- Myofascial Release - Releasing myofascial knots underneath the skin. Lots of skin stretching.
- Neuromuscular - Very slow and light touch.
- Pregnancy - Massage for expecting mothers or after birth
- Oncology - Light, soothing massage for cancer patients.
- Pediatric Massage - Ages 8+ Gentle touch, compression, friction and stretching for children dealing with stress, anxiety, depression or illness. Clothes are usually kept on.
