Appointments:
Peace Positive Holistic Massage Therapy is open by appointment only... Tuesdays, Thursdays, every other Saturday and Sundays.
Pre‐booking your next appointment(s) is strongly suggested to secure the most convenient time for you.
New clients may book online via my MassageBook site. All new clients are required to fill out new client medical intake forms and present a valid photo ID at the time of the appointment.
Please also be aware that security cameras (video and audio) are used in the waiting area.
Payment Methods:
Payment is due upon completion of treatment. Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), Venmo, Paypal, and cash are cheerfully accepted. (Personal checks are not accepted.)
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are available and are redeemable for all services. Gift certificates may be purchased in various denominations and are non‐refundable. They do not expire. Peace Positive Holistic Massage Therapy is not responsible for lost gift certificates. Gift Certificates may be purchased online, or you are welcome to order over the phone. Gift certificates can be mailed, they can be prepared ahead of time should you wish to pick the gift certificate up at the office. Call ahead to give a tentative time for pick‐up, as I may be in session with a client and unable to assist you at that time. Click here for ordering information.
Optional gift bags are also available for purchase along with gift certificates. A $10 gift bag and a $25.00 gift bag.
Cancellations:
A 24‐hour notice is requested when cancelling appointments. The right to charge a half‐the‐service fee is reserved for the booked appointment for habitual and/or same day cancellations or no shows. My livelihood depends on booked appointments. Please understand this time is reserved for YOU. With proper notice, I may be able to schedule other clients into that appointment time. Emergencies do arise, I completely understand that, and do not normally charge for cancellations. May your conscience be your guide. Please do stay home when you are sick. It is more important that you rest and reschedule for a later date.
Late Policy:
If a client arrives late to their appointment, there will be no cost adjustment. You will receive therapy for the remaining time scheduled, and the appointment will end at the scheduled time as to not delay the next client's appointment.
Office Noise Policy:
Clients are kindly asked to not speak loudly while in the office and to turn off cellular phones during your visit as to not disturb neighbors or other sessions that may be in progress. A tranquil environment is maintained for all of our clients
Refusal:
The right to refuse potential clients for any reason is reserved.
PLEASE NOTE:
Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, requests or advances made by the client will result in immediate termination of the session. Client will be liable for payment of the scheduled session in full. In addition, (if need be) authorities will be alerted and your photo ID registration number will be shared with said authorities, as well as security camera captured images / video / audio.
