Yesterday... I cried. But the tears were tears of gratitude and self worth. Why? Because yesterday I discovered that someone (or maybe more than one person because there were two orders) purchased artwork (sample attached) that I had created a couple years ago. My artwork was sold in May and in June. I received a notice of payment yesterday, which totally surprised me (I don't even know what product they purchased... and it wasn't a whole lot... but it was SOMETHING. Enough for RedBubble to contact me).
What an INCREDIBLE feeling it is to discover that someone purchased an artwork design that YOU created. I've never had that feeling before... and it made me cry! (I'm still crying!) Someone out there thought a design of mine was worth spending their money on. That just hit me HARD... and I was overwhelmed with gratitude. There is exactly ONE FB friend on Facebook that knows I love mandalas. Only one friend knows that I have a page called "Mandala Minion". But what that person doesn't know is that I have a store in RedBubble where I upload my designs... so I know it probably wasn't that person that purchased something. But SOMEONE out there in this great big world did... and I want to tell them THANK YOU... so much! You actually made me feel...... grateful and worthy... like my creativity in this world somehow matters too.

Jaylee Juniper Excuse me while I brag a little. I'm a proud Grandma! My first and only granddaughter was born on June 30, 2016 at St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford MA. Little Jaylee Juniper was welcomed into the world at 7:32 am. She weighed in at 10lbs 1oz... 21.5 inches. She is a beautiful, baby girl, is so precious, and has stolen my heart already. I wish her life's fullest blessings. Gammie GiGi LOVES you Jaylee!!!
